Our Position

echology is built on a simple principle: your data is yours. We process it on your hardware or ours. It never goes to the cloud. It never goes to a third-party AI provider. When our engagement ends, we delete everything and confirm in writing.

Website Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics for website traffic measurement. Plausible is privacy-focused, GDPR-compliant, and does not use cookies. No personal data is collected or stored from website visits.

Client Data Processing

When you engage echology for services (Signal, Signal Provenance, Surface, or Syncro), we process your documents and data as described in your service agreement and DPA.

• All processing runs locally, not in the cloud
• No data is sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any external AI provider
• ML inference runs on locally-hosted models (Ollama)
• Deterministic classification runs via decompose (zero dependencies, no network calls)
• Data is returned or deleted within 30 days of engagement end

If you contact us via email or our booking page, we store your contact information to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use this information for marketing purposes beyond responding to your request.
