Cross-Brand Findings

Zero third-party mentions for any brand. AI systems cite content that other sites reference. Wikipedia, listicles, comparison articles drive AI citations. None of the three brands appear in these contexts.

Geode has the most open field. The GEO space is new. Competitors are positioning but no one dominates yet. First Page Sage is the loudest but has not locked the space.

echology faces the hardest positioning challenge. "Document intelligence" is Azure's term. Need to find different query targets that are not owned by hyperscalers.

AECai has the most tractable path. Niche market, moderate competition, already indexing for some queries. Targeted answer pages could move from #10 to top 3.
